Be 18 or older
Birava is only for people who are legally allowed to drink where they live. Nothing here encourages drinking more. The product is deliberately built around variety rather than volume.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and your content to things you're allowed to post. You own what you upload; you give us permission to display it inside the app to the people you shared it with.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service, scrape it, or use it to harass other people. We can suspend accounts that do.
No guarantees
Birava is provided as-is. We aim to keep it available and your data backed up, but we can't promise uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for how you use it.
Paid features, eventually
Birava is free today. If that changes (a paid tier, a one-time unlock, whatever it ends up being), we'll say so clearly before anything gets charged, and never sell your data to make up the difference instead.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app before it takes effect.
